Financio is a personal finance management application that helps users track financial accounts, transactions, and spending through categorisation and tagging. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

To use Financio, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

6. AI-Powered Features

Financio uses artificial intelligence to provide insights and analysis features. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • Anonymised transaction data may be sent to OpenAI to generate AI-powered insights
  • This data is stripped of personally identifiable information before processing
  • AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice
  • You may opt out of AI features by contacting support@financio.au

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Evonet Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Financio is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evonet Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on decisions made using information from the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
