Anonymised transaction data may be sent to OpenAI to generate AI-powered insights
This data is stripped of personally identifiable information before processing
AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice
You may opt out of AI features by contacting support@financio.au

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Evonet Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Financio is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evonet Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on decisions made using information from the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
